Yes — for every custom order, we'll send you a preview on WhatsApp before printing. Nothing goes to print until you approve the design. If your photo needs any adjustments, we'll let you know.
We check every photo before printing. If the resolution is too low for a clean A4 print, we'll message you on WhatsApp and ask for a better version. We'll never print something that won't look good.
Yes, we deliver across Nepal through Pick N Drop Nepal. Delivery times vary by location — most cities receive orders within 4–7 business days. Pokhara orders are typically faster at 2–4 days.
