Return Policy

At Pink Doko, we want you to be completely happy with your order. Since most of our products are custom-made with your personal photos, our return policy works a little differently from standard ecommerce stores. Please read the details below.

Custom Products (Photo Frames, Custom Wall Art, Custom Mugs)

Because custom products are made specifically for you using your photos and designs, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect photo uploads, or personal preference after you have approved the WhatsApp preview.

Important: We always send a design preview on WhatsApp before printing. Once you approve the preview, the order is final. Please review your preview carefully before giving approval.

When We Will Accept a Return

We will gladly accept returns or provide a replacement in the following cases:

• The product arrived damaged during shipping (broken frame, cracked mug, torn print)

• There is a printing defect (blurry print, wrong colors, smudged ink)

• We printed the wrong photo or sent the wrong product

• The product is significantly different from the approved preview

How to Request a Return

If your order has any of the issues listed above, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order:

• Message us on WhatsApp at +977 9805863582

• Send clear photos of the damaged or defective product

• Include your order number

We will review your claim and respond within 24 hours. If approved, we will reprint and reship your order at no extra cost.

Ready-Made Products (Wall Art Sets, Pre-Designed Mugs)

For ready-made products that are not customized:

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original packaging

• The product must be in the same condition as received — no damage, stains, or alterations

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

• Any custom product that was approved via WhatsApp preview

• Products that show normal wear after use

• Items returned after the 3-day return window

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
