Pink Doko is a personalized gifts business based in Pokhara, Nepal. We sell custom photo frames, wall art sets, printed mugs, and ready-made wall art. All products are printed in-house and shipped across Nepal.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
All custom products are made to order based on photos or designs you upload
Product images on the website are for illustration purposes — actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing
All prints are A4 size with HD print quality
We reserve the right to cancel an order if the uploaded photo is too low resolution for a quality print, in which case you will be notified via WhatsApp
For custom products, you are responsible for uploading the correct photos and providing accurate details. We will send a design preview on WhatsApp for your approval before printing. Once you approve the preview, the order goes to print and cannot be modified.
We do not print content that is offensive, illegal, infringes on copyright, or contains inappropriate material. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
All prices are listed in Nepali Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes
We accept payments via eSewa, Khalti, FonePay, and Cash on Delivery (COD)
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed
We deliver across Nepal through Nepal Can Move
Ready-made products ship within 2–3 business days
Custom orders take 3–5 business days within Pokhara, and 4–7 business days for other cities
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier availability
Pink Doko is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
You may cancel an order before we send the WhatsApp preview for approval. Once you have approved the preview and the order is in production, cancellation is not possible as custom products are made specifically for you.
For ready-made products, cancellation is accepted if the order has not yet been shipped.

By uploading photos, you confirm that you own the rights to those images or have permission to use them. Pink Doko is not responsible for any copyright issues related to customer-uploaded content.
Pink Doko strives to deliver high-quality products, but we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be resolved in the courts of Pokhara, Nepal.
